1. HOW TO MEASURE

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never bulky outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape level with the floor and do not puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, typically above the belly button. Key for shorts and pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and basketball shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (beside the collar) straight down to where you prefer the bottom hem to rest.

5. Sleeve Length
